Dominic Welsh – Managing Director
Dom has over 20 years of security management experience, having held senior positions across the private sector and with a previous background in the Royal Marines and United Kingdom Special Forces. Dom also holds an MSc in Security and Risk Management.
Travis Vincent – Commercial Director
Travis offers over 20 years of commercial and operational expertise, with a proven track record of executive leadership in complex and high-risk environments. Prior to his business career, Travis served operationally as both an Infantry and Intelligence Officer in the British and Australian Army. A graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon, he also holds an MBA majoring in Emerging Markets, equipping him with the strategic insights to navigate and drive growth in dynamic global environments.
Jamie Painter – Operations Director
Jamie served with the Royal Marines until 2002, before leaving to forge a successful career in the security and risk management industry. Over the last 20 years Jamie has been involved in operations to ensure the safety and security of high-profile individuals and organisations in over 50-countries across all continents. Jamie holds qualifications in Security management, Close Protection and Maritime Security operations.
